Refund and Returns Policy

At Putty Book, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the following return and refund guidelines.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return physical books within 30 calendar days of delivery if:

The item is unused and in original condition
The item is returned with its original packaging
The return is due to damage, defects, or errors, or if you no longer want the item

2. Non-Returnable Items

Digital books are non-refundable once delivered, except in cases of file corruption or delivery error
Used or damaged books not resulting from shipping or manufacturing defects

3. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, Putty Book will cover the return shipping cost
If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., ordered the wrong item or changed your mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping

4. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team with:

Your order number
The reason for the return
(If applicable) Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We will respond with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

6. Missing or Incorrect Items

If your order is missing items or contains the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll correct the issue promptly by shipping the correct item or issuing a refund.

7. Digital Book Issues

If you did not receive your digital book or received the wrong file, contact us within 7 days. We will resend the correct version or offer a resolution on a case-by-case basis.
